Car Wash Technician

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Car Wash Technician with expertise in plumbing and electrical systems. As a manager of our car wash facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of equipment. 

Servicing both Marysville and Stanwood Locations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair car wash equipment, including plumbing and electrical systems, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment malfunction or breakdowns promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and prolong equipment lifespan.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Train and mentor staff on proper operating procedures and maintenance protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to keep the facility running smoothly.
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the car wash operation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a car wash facility or similar operation preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in plumbing and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Flexible schedule
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
