ServiceMaster TRS is seeking an energetic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our disaster restoration teams. If youre passionate about leading teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring top-notch customer service, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage production teams and subcontractors. Drive recruitment, training, and retention efforts to build a high-performing team.
  • Project Management: Oversee restoration projects (water, fire, mold, etc.), ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement company standards, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Customer Service: Partner with Service Coordinators to deliver excellent customer communication, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Resource and Fleet Management: Manage inventory, equipment, and fleet operations to ensure operational readiness and cost efficiency.
  • Financial Oversight: Track labor and project costs, maintaining profitability while optimizing resource allocation.

Compensation:

  • $75,000.00 - $85,0000 per year, plus bonus potential based on performance and project outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in disaster restoration or construction management, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • IICRC WRT and FSRT certifications required; OSHA 10 certification required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office.
