About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time professional office manager and administrator. As a member of the team, you will be joining our company at an opportune time - a time of growth and development. As an office manager, you will have an opportunity to implement new processes for supporting day to day office operations as well grow your career in HR/People operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing and purchasing office supplies

  • Coordinating special events, travel arrangements and executive meetings

  • Work with building management to address office maintenance and/or repairs

  • Overseeing ordering weekly office lunches for the office

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional way

  • Assisting with various other people operations logistics and arrangements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience working as an office manager or administrative assistant

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self starter with a strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Experience working as an office manager for a private wealth management, hedge fund or other financial services is a plus

  • Required to be in office Monday-Thursday with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays
