Skylla Engineering Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced System Readiness Specialist IV to join our dynamic team. This full-time, regular position is designed for a mid-career professional who is ready to take on a challenging role within our organization. As a System Readiness Specialist IV, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of system solutions, ensuring they meet or exceed performance standards and client expectations.

  • Facilitate seamless system integration and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

  • Conduct thorough system analyses, develop readiness reports, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.

  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure system alignment with their objectives.

  • Be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Masters Degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
