SAIC Requirements Lead UI Designer in STAFFORD, Virginia

Description

SAIC is looking to hire a results-oriented TS/SCI Cleared Requirements Lead and UI Designer to support our customer Army G-2 and DEVCOM C5ISR both onsite and remotely. The individual would help gather existing requirements, develop acceptance criteria, and track progress to completion to verify successful requirement completion. The individual would also generate new designs to support the modernization of the UI while supporting the requirements for access patterns and workflows. This program supports a critical mission requirement utilizing new technologies (Cloud, AI/Client, Data Science).

Must be willing to relocate to Charlottesville, VA.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with end users and stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements

  • Experience converting requirements to user stories and epics for test engineers for the creation of complex test plans to ensure requirements are met

  • Experience defining screen behavior and appearance to the field level using mockups and other tools

  • Extensive knowledge of the requirement management and change management processes inside an agile and scrum methodology

  • Ability to maintain technical documentation in Word and Markdown

  • Ability to communicate customer requirements to developers

  • Ability to communicate customer priorities in setting set goals along with the scrum master and development manager

  • Awareness of changes to requirements that impact scope, schedule or cost

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with Gitlab and JIRA

Required Certification:

  • Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT or IAM Level II or higher certification such as Security+, CySA+, CND, CASP, CAP, CISM etc.

Required Clearance:

  • Must have a current active Top Secret Clearance, must be SCI eligible.
