Skylla Engineering Ltd. Acquisition Program Analyst III in Stafford, Virginia

The Acquisition Program Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to compile and deliver competency based SITREPS/reports.

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures in support of Program Office activities.

  • Provide program analysis through the development, revision, and update of statutory, regulatory, and programmatic acquisition documents such as, but not limited to Acquisition Strategy/Acquisition Plan, Acquisition Program Baseline, Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, Systems Engineering Plan, Test and Evaluation Plan, etc.

  • Develop, update and maintain Program Integrated Master Schedules.

  • Support all acquisition competencies through participation in Systems Engineering Technical Reviews, Logistics Assessments, and Milestone Decisions.

  • Support the development of Program Management Review Briefs.

  • Conduct VIPER-based Probability of Program Success analysis.

  • Support and participate in Program Integrated Product Teams. Develop meeting schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes as required.

  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting Programmatic Risks.

  • Update Program Knowledge Centers.

  • Create and manage SharePoint-based workflows

  • Track Program Action Items.

  • Develop responses to ETMS2 taskers and route to the customer for approval.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent customer facing and internal oral and written communications skills

  • Excellent MS Office skills to include, but not limited to MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.

  • Experience working in a Marine Corps Systems Command Program Office or similar organization

  • Positive attitude and understanding of the Marine Corps mission.

  • Ability to function as part of an agile team when given broad direction.

Desired:

  • Ability to create IMS schedules using OnePager Pro

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, plus five (5) years of work experience

  • Experience with acquisition processes and the development and preparation of acquisition documents.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting a Marine Corps or DoD customer.
