We are currently the only all-inclusive resort in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Bolongo Bay Beach Resort is seeking a part-time AM Server. [We are seeking a dedicatedServer Assistantto join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. A Server Assistant helps servers more promptly and efficiently serve their tables by running food, bussing tables and providing tables with any necessary items [Responsibilities]{noto="" sans",sans-serif"=""}]{noto="" sans",sans-serif"=""} Communicating clearly with the kitchen and front of house staff Knowledge of table numbers, seat numbers and server sections Knowledge of menu items and general appearance of dishes Prepare garnishes as assigned by chef/kitchen manager Deliver food to tables or servers when available Check food for accuracy Bus and clear tables as needed following full hand in, full hands out thought process Maintain clean and sanitized work area Prepares dining room including dining areas and bar area for patrons by cleaning tables, setting decorations, condiments, resetting with silverware and setting up sani-buckets with clean rags Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies. Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, empty cups, replenishing utensils if needed, being alert to patron spills or other special needs. Paying attention to full hands in, full hands out thought process. Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations. Replenishing the bar with ice, cups, straws, etc. Assists with polishing and rolling silverware []{styl=""}
