Pantheon Product Manager in St. Petersburg, Florida

Job Description Pantheon is actively developing and maintaining a data collection and analytics platform for property management for a fast growing client. Our client is looking to hire a Product Manager to update and develop a strategic roadmap. This roadmap will require daily interaction with Pantheon’s project team, new and existing clients, internal subject matter experts, sales staff, and management. The Product Manager will actively set prioritization for application development, client onboarding, and client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities • Maintain strategic product roadmap • Manage daily product development prioritization and execution • Oversee the launch of new product features • Onboard and manage client success on the platform • Understand business needs and work with key stakeholders to gather product requirements • Document and prioritize requirements for implementation • Work with external vendors and customers for product development, launch, and support • Participate in User Acceptance Testing • Assist organization and external users in problem solving technical issues • Create reports and run client specific queries on system data • Manage product budget Required Skills and Characteristics • T-Shaped Person with a wide range of knowledge and expertise in technical product management • Creative problem solver who can break down complex problems and iterate to a solution • Experience in product management role balancing the needs of clients, sales, and application development teams • Experience in writing technical specifications, data analysis, communication, and leadership • Experience in product development lifecycle • Strong writing and presentation skills • Demonstrated experience participating in a team performing iterative development and delivery using Agile methodology • A broad knowledge of web technologies, how they are used, and what lies ahead • Proficiency with SQL and reporting tools • Knowledge of the user experience with modern desktop and mobile interfaces, specifically including the Apple mobile (iPad) environment • Ability to participate in discovery sessions and provide requirements • Proficiency with Office 365 • Worked with Jira for task management • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university • 5-7 years of technical experience, with at least 3 years as product manager • Authorization to work in the United States Location • Tampa/St. Petersburg Metropolitan area
