Description

DUTIES:

Work on the development Applications in Angular JS/11, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Responsive Design and Reactive Programming in a continuous deployment/integration environment.

Work on Java, REST services and other middle tier technologies.

Analyzes system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces between impacted components and sub systems.

Mentor and lead developers by cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding.

Partner with a cross-functional team to imagine, design, develop, and test.

Actively participate in architecture, design and code reviews.

Participate in the development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and delivery of large-scale software applications, systems, and services.

Actively participate in architecture and design discussions.

Build relationships with Development Managers, Engineers and Project Managers across various teams.

Participate in Agile project management methodologies to provide technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Constantly strive to raise the bar on engineering excellence.

Stay up to date with tools, trends, technologies and frameworks and develop proof of concepts.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related.

Five (5) years in any occupation with engineering, development, or related experience must include: Five (5) years of experience as an Application Developer. Three (3) years of development experience using Angular JS, Angular 8 , Typescript, Reactive Programming, Responsive Design, JavaScript, CSS3, SASS, and HTML5. Experience must also include: REST API integration; HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code; Experience in troubleshooting, tuning and optimizing rendering time, memory and network utilization; Working with Angular build tools and configuration (Angular CLI); SDLC lifecycle for Agile and Waterfall methodologies; DevOps and collaboration tools: Jenkins, GIT, TFS, Sonar; Experience with deconstructing complex problems into modular simple solutions; and Experience in software test approaches.

TELECOMMUTING EMPLOYEE: Reports to company headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL. Can work remotely or telecommute up to 100%.

SALARY : $130,978 per year
