We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.

Position Summary: As a Client Service Representative (CSR) at VCA Noah's Place Animal Medical Center, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your primary responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service, managing appointment schedules, handling client communications, and supporting our veterinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about animals, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and patients with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client communications via phone, email, and in-person

  • Check-in clients and patients for appointments, ensuring all necessary information and paperwork is completed

  • Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively

  • Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

  • Collaborate with veterinary and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations

  • Provide support and assistance to clients during their visit, ensuring a positive experience

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in veterinary assisting or a related field is a plus

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency with computer systems and office software

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

  • A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing high-quality care
