ManpowerGroup Quality Systems Administrator in St. Peters, Missouri

Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a Quality Systems Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have quality systems experience, communication and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Systems Admin

Location: St. Peters MO (onsite)

Pay Range: $35 - $37 hourly

Contract: 1 year (extension/conversion possible)

What’s the Job?

  • Promote a quality culture within the St. Peters, MO and provide guidance in Quality Management System.

  • Work with quality systems manager to track and report high level manufacturing performance KPIs and goals.

  • Continually improve quality practices across site to ensure quality standards are achieved and customer satisfaction is met.

  • Responsible for aspects of plant quality systems, and ensure quality systems are applied and documented such that all regulatory and operational requirements are met at the point of use

  • Provide quality system performance metrics.

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of a BA or BS degree (science/engineering preferred)

  • Desirable: American Society for Quality or similar certification with expertise in the areas of statistical applications, design of experiments, auditing and use of probability tables

  • Desirable: Experience in quality systems such as ISO 9000, GMP, HACCP, etc.

  • Excellent technical skills and experience with validation, process improvement

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving, and decision making
