Our agency client is looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join their team - this is a direct-hire/full-time opportunity! This role is: - Direct-hire / Full-Time - 2 days/week in office (Wed and Thurs) in Saint Paul, MN The ideal Senior Agency Digital Project Manager: - 8+ years' experience in an agency - Media-specific experience within an agency is a must! - Experience managing large, complex projects and multiple projects at one time - projects include but are not limited to email, video, web content, development, programmatic, paid social/paid search, etc. - Experience with / understanding of digital marketing. You are a digital-first thinker! - Experience working with various digital media channels - Able to be the leader on client projects and organize workload / workflow within the team Senior Agency Digital Project Manager responsibilities include: - Support the development of project management processes alongside your Manager - Manage their digital media projects from start to finish, with a focus on great delivery to their clients. This includes managing project initiation, budget control, tracking and reporting, and reporting on risks and issues that may arise. - Manage multiple work streams for various digital projects across the agency, ensuring project scope, budget and quality are aligned. - Work with internal teams to define scope, resource requirements and cost estimates - Co-lead on developing proposals, statements of work, and budgets - Serve as a key contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, and resolving any client concerns that come up. - Manage status reports, meeting notes, and change requests to keep projects moving!
