Description The Programs Coordinator of MHYS provides leadership and oversight for the Rezek Resource Hub and MHYS administration. By leveraging the talents and time of staff, youth leaders, interns and volunteers, the Rezek Resource Hub creates a space for diverse and engaging programming opportunities and provides targeted resources to meet immediate and longer-term needs of youth experiencing homelessness and exploitation. This space allows youth to engage with caring adults in meaningful activities and career and life planning. In the area of MHYS administration, this position processes payments for billing, supports high level administration of services, and welcomes and directs youth and community supporters to engage in the area that will be best suited for their interests. Job Requirements: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. One year of experience working with similar clientele and/or in a related field. A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and a Motor Vehicle Check. Computer literate. Strong written and oral communication and problem solving skills. Able to demonstrate professional boundaries. Training in the areas of crisis intervention, family dynamics, incest and chemical dependency. CPR/First Aid certification and medical administration training is desired; may be obtained after hire.
