Agribank Fcb Senior Third-Party Risk Analyst (onsite/hybrid) in St. Paul, Minnesota

Position Overview As a key member of the Enterprise Risk Management team, you will be part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world. The Senior Third-Party Risk Analyst ensures compliance with AgriBank's Vendor Management Program to maintain effectiveness and adherence to standards. This position leads the identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of third-party risks, collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts Duties include: Serves as the subject matter expert for AgriBank's third-party risk management (vendor management) program. Leads critical vendor risk review meetings with vendor managers, collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments to evaluate and onboard vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation is gathered and strong relationships are established. Leads cross-functional teams to complete due diligence for new vendors. Manages the onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing review of vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and complete vendor management data is provided by vendor managers and located within the vendor management system. Identifies risks related to specific vendors and recommends actions to address risk. Monitors department vendor managers' adherence with vendor management guidance and procedures, identifies, tracks and reports issues and recommends an appropriate resolution. Maintains the vendor management page on the Bank's intranet to ensure information is accurate. Maintains and updates Vendor Management program guidance and procedures. Recommends and implements improvements to the vendor management system. Enhances and delivers Vendor Management program training to employees and vendor managers. Participates in regulatory examinations and internal audits by providing evidence, answering questions, and addressing any applicable findings. Reviews and documents applicable vendor documents received (i.e., SOC 2, security, financial, etc.) and collaborates with applicable internal teams and the vendor managers related to the results of the review. Ensures quarterly risk reports are completed and reviewed timely and made available to management for review and reporting. Supports the ERM department by participating in internal and external audits, as applicable. *This job description is subject to change without notice.
