We're a firm of mission-driven individuals who enjoy working on complex projects for organizations in the health care, higher education, science and technology, behavioral health, recreation, and workplace markets. One of the largest and oldest firms in the Midwest, we have approximately 200 employees with offices located in Saint Paul, Minn. and additional offices in Madison, Wis. and Omaha, Neb. BWBR is seeking an interior designer that is interested in a variety of building types to join our Firm. This role offers flexibility to decide where and when you do your best work. If you are a team player with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of design, you would make a great addition to BWBR. Responsibilities of a successful candidate include: *Produce graphic presentations, including mood boards, finish boards & 3D renderings, for client presentations *Work effectively and provide leadership in a cross-disciplinary team atmosphere in multiple offices *Perform interior design practices that include programming, visioning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation *Develop FF&E packages, including the selection and specification of materials and furniture, creating bid documents/assisting clients with establishing furniture standards and typicals, working with clients to select vendors, and coordinating with dealers and manufacturers to meet client and project goals *Possess superior design abilities, drive and support design, create material palettes and execution of design concepts during all phases of the project *Conduct/participate in client meetings and presentations, and work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators *Prioritize tasks and balance both short-term and long-term deadlines and projects *Exhibit skill and experience in delegating tasks and mentoring staff; ability and desire to teach and learn from others *Inspire and create innovative solutions to emerging design and workplace trends Ideal candidates will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: *Ability to thrive in a team environment *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Superior detail orientation: values accuracy and has high standards around quality of work *Demonstrates proactive work ethic and digs deep into current and future projects *Adobe Creative Cloud & 3D Rendering knowledge beneficial Qualifications: *6+ years of experience as an Interior Designer *Proficiency in Revit documentation required *Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field from an accredited school EEO/W/M/Veteran/Disability EEO/W/M/Vet/Disability
