Qualifications:

•Completion of an associate, baccalaureate or master’s degree program in Nursing. BSN strongly preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 5 years of hire.

•Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota

•CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers

•Knowledge of current nursing practices and techniques

•Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing

•Ability to effectively participate on an interdisciplinary treatment team

•Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, family members and co-workers
