You'll be on a team?based out of our headquarters in Saint Paul. You will travel around to the SLS properties to complete work-orders, routine maintenance, remodel projects, apartment turns, etc. You'll have ample opportunity to interact with staff and clients as you work within their office and living spaces to maintain a well-kept property. As you team, you'll rotate on-call responsibilities, responding to any maintenance emergencies that occur after hours. You'll be a part of a weekly team meeting as well as a manager one-on-one so that you have the support you need to learn aspects of the role and problem solve. Schedule:? Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Daytime Hours Will rotate on-call responsibilities with Property Team Compensation: $18-22 per hour SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:? Must be available for on-call responsibility every three weeks (Monday morning through following Monday morning) to respond accordingly to any emergency maintenance concerns, which could include going to a property to complete immediate requests High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license and insurance with a reasonable and qualifying driving record Ability to independently complete a variety of general maintenance tasks such as: replacing a sink or faucet, installing light fixtures or outlets, replacing a door (including staining, keying, and installing) Ability to lift 75lbs on a regular/daily basis WHY SLS?We are?about building careers?and a?thriving?community, not just earning paychecks.
