Position Summary: As aProduct Analystwithin Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS) Customer Experience team, you and your team play a critical role supporting the EBS customer's across every step of their digital experience journey with Securian. The team drives increased insurance participation rates across Life and Supplemental Health products. In this role, your work will support the success of the EBS business line and Business Services partners. Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Lead the implementation of client-facing technology and serve as the primary technology liaison for clients, ensuring swift responses to inquiries and seamless integration of digital solutions. *Drive process enhancements and automation to optimize the technology implementation process, while collaborating with stakeholders to address business and customer needs effectively. *Collaborate with the Product Owner to strategically prioritize the development backlog, and continuously expand your knowledge of the product, business operations,customer feedbackand industry trends. *Conduct thorough research and documentation for new product features,including soliciting requirements from customers and stakeholders. Workclosely with the Product Owner to support the development team and refineProduct roadmap. *Foster robust relationships with internal and external partners, leveraging industry insights to inform decisions and overcome challenges. Qualifications: *1+ years of experience working in an agile environment preferred. *Possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively in a team-oriented environment. *Demonstrates strong technical documentation skills, with a proven ability to understand and detail software requirements and interrelated systems. *Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere. *Strong analytic skills with attention to detail and natural curiosity. #LI-hybrid This position will be in a hybrid working arrangement.
