Pathways to Community Every Other Weekend Lead Direct Support Professional in St. Paul, Minnesota

Weekend Lead availability:

Friday 10:00pm- Sunday 11:00am

Compensation: $19.00 per hour.

In this roll you will be making a difference by:

  • Serving individuals with a combination of high or low behaviors, and high or low medical needs.

  • Supporting individuals with daily needs, goals, and activities

  • Assisting with personal cares as needed

  • Administering medications 

  • Cooking meals and help with cleaning

  • Transporting to appointments and community events using personal vehicle 

    To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle 

  • Possess strong English communication skills 

  • Be able to pass a Department of Human criminal background check 

  • All full-time positions offers a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, paid holidays, PTO, etc.
