Center For Diagnostic Imaging Lead Clinical Coordinator in St. Louis Park, Minnesota

JOB SUMMARY: Implements, administers, and continually enhances the imaging research process. Works closely with internal and external resources to create and update protocols and ensure appropriate communications and agreements are set in place. This position is Full Time, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates a positive experience for every customer, every day by believing in and practicing The Experience (50%) Research Management * Manages the research project from draft agreement through completion, including tracking, setting up billing and reporting on volumes and revenue * Tracks study and documentation expirations/renewals * Collects, reviews and follows up on requests for research agreements; acquires signatures * Drafts research agreements for approved requests and partners with legal on the final agreements * Aggregates necessary protocols for each new agreement including outside Institutional Review Board (IRB) documentation. * Coordinates studies between internal and external research resources * Manages internal communications for research studies using Market Knowledgebase or other companywide approved platform, to ensure proper scheduling, administration, special instructions/requests from clients, and consent form usage. (40%) Research Liaison * Works with the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to determine appropriate pricing for each research agreement using approved company tools and quoting structure guidelines. * Coordinates with Site Management Organizations and vendors as appropriate to facilitate new research opportunities * Works with internal marketing and/or QA/training teams to manage communications and facilitate training for our research services * Works closely with portfolio directors and clinical trial managers to identify vendors in markets of need. * Develops and maintains relationships with vendors and research site staff members. * Facilitates study start up between vendors and research sites. * Acts as a liaison between the study sites and vendors. * Ensure all regulatory documents are accurate and complete * Facilitates secure image transfer between vendor and TRRI as required * Ensures all images are uploaded to the appropriate portal per study guidelines * Maintains accurate records of services performed * Ensures confidentiality of all health information as required by Florida Statues, HIPPA, and GCP guidelines * Verifies and submist vendor invoices for payment * Submits monthly study reports to billing department for invoicing (10%) Leads Local Research Staff * Provides training and education to staff * Performs other duties as assigned WORKING CONDITIONS: * Requires the use of office equipment, such as computers, fax machines, telephones and copiers * Requires computer related activities for extended periods of time * Requires the ability to see, hear, walk, stand, reach, write and key * May require some lifting, bending and stooping Required * Associates degree * 2 years' experience in a health care setting * Experience working with Physicians Preferred: * Clinical Research experience RAYUS is committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.S., driven by our passion for and superior service to referring providers and patients.
