Center For Diagnostic Imaging Administrative Assistant in St. Louis Park, Minnesota

RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to operations management. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm working onsite and local remote/work from home. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (65%) Administration Monitors voicemails and emails several times daily; screens in-coming phone calls and assists management in returning or placing a call Manages incoming and outgoing mail; forwards mail to appropriate department as needed Receives phone calls or correspondence from attorneys and their staff regarding scheduling depositions or legal consultation Prepares and presents images or films, reports, and pertinent information for radiologist to return patient calls Maintains Vice President's schedule, travel arrangements, and expense accounts Types letters, data sheets, notes and memos Updates curriculum vitae in an organized and accurate manner Makes copies of correspondence or other printed material Files documents in an efficient and timely manner (30%) Orders & Renewals Maintains current state medical licenses (Minnesota and any other states), medical society memberships, hospital staff privileges and DEA/Controlled Substance renewals Processes new medical license applications; obtains and completes license application from state desired Orders office supplies and keeps common management work areas and offices clean and organized Orders books and journals; renews subscriptions as necessary (5%) Performs other duties as assigned Required: Medical secretary certificate or diploma and/or equivalent experience in the medical industry Minimum 2-3 year Microsoft Office experience Proficient with using computer systems and typing Data entry experience Preferred: Associate's degree 2-3 years prior medical office experience RAYUS is committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.S., driven by our passion for and superior service to referring providers and patients.
