IT Partners,Inc TRANSCOM IGC - Scrum Master in St. Louis, Missouri

Seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate a development team supporting TRANSCOM systems. The Scrum Master will facilitate an environment of collaboration and communication while reinforcing culture, transparency, integrity, and accountability. The Scrum Master will be expected to coach, mentor and support others on the project team to ensure sprint velocity and incremental delivery goals are achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • 5-10 years of experience supporting agile SW development teams

  • Experience serving as Scrum Master on small to mid sized sprint team

  • Certification from the Scrum Alliance

  • Experience delivering agile extreme programming or test driven development

  • Experience using Kanban to communicate and assign work

  • Use of development tools, Jira, GitHub

  • Strong communication skills

  • Previous experience supporting DoD customers

  • Ability to develop artifacts, to include user stories, story point estimations, complexity assessments

  • Secret Clearance
