Position title: Taleo ATS Specialist

We are looking for an Taleo Applicant Tracking System Specialist - open to local or remote candidates! This is a slightly technical role, as this person will be the first and last resort for any questions/concerns with the system.

Taleo experience is a MUST, no other ATS system will work for this role.

For CRM experience, we would ideally like this person to have experience with Smashly, but it is not a requirement. More importantly, this person must have experience and understanding with how CRM systems and Taleo can connect and pass data back and forth.

Minimum/Basic Requirements:

2+ years of experience providing technical support in a high-volume HRIS environment, particularly supporting a technology stack including both ATS and CRM are required.

Preferably this consultant will have had specialized focus on recruitment technology.

This candidate must have experience working on Taleo configuration for a minimum of 1+ years.

This includes system administration, vendor partnership, and troubleshooting experience with integrations as well as day-to-day operations.

1+ years project management experience implementing systems across an organization is preferred.

Experience creating, modifying, and running reports in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) Reporting is a plus.

TCC experience is strongly preferred.
