Job Description

As the Supply Chain Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Supply Chain processes using data-driven insights. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering inter-departmental collaborations, strengthening global digitalization partnerships, and championing a culture that prioritizes data in decision-making.   • Use data analytics tools to monitor and forecast inventory needs, evaluate supply chain metrics, and optimize supply chain processes.

  • Identify areas of inefficiency within the supply chain and propose solutions or strategies for improvements.

  • Produce regular reports on supply chain metrics, communicate findings to management, and provide recommendations based on analysis.

  • Forge and strengthen partnerships with various departments to ensure alignment of supply chain goals with company objectives and promote a unified approach to challenges.

  • Champion the importance of data in decision-making processes and support initiatives to ensure that data-driven insights are central to strategy formulation and execution across the organization.

  • Collaborate with global partners to advance and support global digitalization initiatives, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements in the supply chain domain.

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field required.

  • 0-1+ years in supply chain, logistics, or a related field (internship experience considered).

  • Familiarity with supply chain ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software like SAP, Oracle, or similar. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

  • Occasional travel may be required for vendor visits or training, not to exceed 10%.

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods.

What will set me apart?

  • Advanced Analytical Skills: Experience with advanced data analytics tools or software. Scripting experience in Python or VBA helpful.

  • Project Management Experience: Familiarity with project management principles and software.

  • Multi-lingual Abilities: Proficiency in a second language, particularly if pertinent to major suppliers or markets.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $90,000

Annual Bonus Target: 5%, subject to plan provisions.
