The State Communications Coordinator is responsible for communication with State Agencies regarding our authorization in order to service clients. As well as, updating and maintaining the unemployment client data base. State Accounts Numbers, Federal Employment Identification Numbers, Power of Attorney documents, client contact names, addresses, phone, fax and E- mail addresses are maintained in the database.

What you'll do

  • Maintain client unemployment contact names, telephone numbers; fax numbers, e-mail address, corporate/mailing addresses, state account numbers, federal employment identification numbers, and Power of Attorney documents
  • Establish and maintain State Account Numbers, Federal Employment Identification Numbers, and Power of Attorney to process unemployment matters for our clients
  • Verify Power of Attorney Status with State Agencies/contacts
  • Resolve document issues with State agencies
  • Daily responsibilities include contacting clients, in-house and field personnel via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Work with internal departments in acquiring necessary information for clients.
  • Troubleshooting contact, reporting, and setup issues.
  • Use of Excel formulas and file manipulation

What experience you need

  • 1 year previous office experience, customer service skills.
