The State Agency Response Center Representative will be responsible for providing customer service to representatives from various state agencies regarding unemployment claims via telephone or email. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and emails from state representativesLiaise with various sections of the business in order to resolve client queries; either new or existing complaints/ queries and escalate or provide resolutionProvide post-sale support customer configuration for product delivery Minimum Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma or GEDPrevious office experience with an emphasis on organization of work duties and performing job functions independentlyExperience dealing with dated material and/or strict adherence to guidelines2-3 weeks of immediate, mandatory and uninterrupted training are required upon hire Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and decision making abilities.Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Ability to work well within a team.High ethical standards.Ability to handle a high volume of work and work under deadlines.Ability to follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time.High level of professionalism.
