The Junior ServiceNow Business Analyst will support the implementation from proposal to delivery. Includes developing a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal testing plan which supports the business process meeting or exceeding the functional requirements. Builds a trusting relationship with development and functional teams to understand the requirements and develop test plan. Leads quality management reviews and ensures all business and design requirements are met. May conduct application and implemented business processes demonstrations to stakeholders; may support preparation of training material and provide user training.

The Junior ServiceNow Business Analyst will work closely with the Functional Consultants to understand the business and functional requirements. They will identify overall test plan and individual test cases. Assist or lead test plan development and execution including conducting user acceptance testing ensuring implementation meets client’s requirements. Develop Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases while meeting the functional requirements of the project. Ensure all design requirements are met. Demonstrate implemented application and business process demonstrations to stakeholders. Create training materials and provide end user training.

  • Take accountability for ensuring quality solutions are developed and deployed

Here’s what you need: (Qualifications)

  • 1 year of ServiceNow Business Analysis Experience

  • Testing experience in a ServiceNow environment

  • Experience with ServiceNow Configuration

  • U. S. Citizen

Bonus points if you have:

  • A ServiceNow System Administrator Certification

  • Automated Testing Experience

  • Creating New Test Cases

  • Developing Test Plans

  • Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF)

  • Experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst

  • An understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL

  • Experience interfacing with client

  • An ITIL Foundations Certification

  • Experience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. California: $67,200-$178,600

Colorado: $67,200-$154,300

New York: $62,100-$178,600

Washington State: $71,500-$164,400
