Retail Consumer Electronics- Brand Advocate (Part-time Flexible SCHEDULE!)

Summary:

The part-time Brand Advocate will effectively and efficiently merchandise products at local retail stores while building relationships with key personnel. This associate communicates vital initiatives and information to store employees and managers regarding new product launches and existing product lines. The primary responsibility is to drive sales for our clients. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, enthusiastic, and a tenacious troubleshooter.

Job Duties:

  • Support a well-known technology brand in retail locations.

  • Work closely with store employees to build partnerships.

  • Maintain working knowledge of all client products.

  • Merchandise products on specified fixtures and planograms.

  • Correct in-store merchandising issues as needed (display, fixture, product placement, pricing)

  • Replace graphic signage on fixtures and clean fixtures and displays.

  • Complete store visit reports, paperwork, and on-going training promptly.

  • Route and manage schedule independently, ensure visits are covered efficiently.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a business plan for your designated territory.

  • Adapt to existing processes and learn new technology.

  • Work approximately 20-25 hours per week, could fluctuate based on clients’ needs.

  • Available to work occasionally after store hours and extended daily hours during projects.

Requirements:

  • 1-year retail merchandising experience.

  • Advanced understanding of technology preferred.

  • Available to drive on behalf of the company in compliance with company guidelines with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.

  • Available to travel within the designated market.

  • Able and willing to transport supplies and point-of-purchase materials.

  • Flexible Monday – Friday schedule, 8 am to 5 pm (evenings are required periodically).

  • Must have access to a computer and printer with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; working knowledge of CRM’s is a plus.

  • Regularly lift to 25 pounds, stand, stoop, bend, kneel for the duration of shifts.
