Your key responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of team members and relentless in pursuit of safety improvements within the laboratory and the site as a whole. • Perform end to end quality control testing of raw material and finished good samples, including analytical and sensory evaluation.• Ensure the highest levels of punctuality for the Quality Control process are maintained in support of site on time in full performance to our clients. • Support the team in their daily operations, giving coaching and guidance wherever needed.• Pursue, identify, and suggest process changes to improve efficacy and efficiency.• Focus on continued professional development by building expertise in sensory evaluation and analytical testing equipment as well as ensuring ongoing development of soft skills. You bring• Bachelors of Science in Chemistry, Food Science, or equivalent scientific discipline• 3-5 years’ experience in laboratory environment• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills • Strong ability to be a team player and work well with others• Experience with MS Office: Word, Excel and SAP experience, and ability to lead and train Packer and/or Split on Standard Operating Procedures• Follow all Safety Policies set by the company
