Tri-Rinse Production Supervisor in St Louis, Missouri

Excellent pay and benefits! 1st shift Monday - Friday

Hourly Pay: $25-$35 + Bonus Eligibility

    How does this role impact our success?

    You will drive teamwork and ownership for ongoing safe, quality production. This hands-on role requires leadership skills and commitment to learning and continuous improvement.

    What will you be doing?

  • Oversee team members working on multiple production lines.

  • Work with the site management team to build and execute a daily production plan.

  • Conduct a daily team meeting to communicate production plans and site/company initiatives to the team.

  • Contribute to team and individual performance reviews and use them to continuously coach and develop your team.

  • Take ownership of your team by participating in the process of promoting current team members, as well as hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.

  • Perform daily audits to ensure product quality.

  • Hold the team accountable for safety and quality standards by reporting near misses and participating in root cause analysis, corrective action and/or re-training process after any incidents.

  • Take ownership of all equipment needs by immediately reporting any issues to the maintenance team.

  • Collaborate with other supervisors, customer service, maintenance, and site leaders as needed.

  • Evaluate and report on daily production, exceptions to production plan, and performance metrics.

    What makes you the right fit?

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent certification (even better if you have completed some college)

  • Servant leadership is your passion, and you have experience in a leadership role, especially in a manufacturing environment.

  • Ideally, you have experience in a chemical industry or experience with chemical-related safety procedures and documentation.

  • You are a master of time management and organization.

  • You can effectively communicate with your peers and team members.

  • You are a problem-solver and have no problem making difficult or urgent decisions.

  • You are a pro in Microsoft Office tools such as OneDrive, Word, Teams, Excel, etc.

  • You prioritize safety and hold yourself and your team accountable to all safety practices and procedures.

  • It is a big plus if you are forklift certified or have experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment

    You must be able to:

  • Talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.  

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Obtain a respirator certification and regularly wear a full-face respirator.

    Environmental Conditions:

    Industrial warehouse environment – non-climate controlled
