The Cigna Group Presentation Success Senior Analyst - Evernorth Health Services in St. Louis, Missouri

Position Summary

The presentation success analyst (graphic designer) – will support Evernorth sales and client retention sales presentations. This role will be responsible for the development of visually compelling collateral (PowerPoint slides), source and maintain existing slide library content while having a meticulous focus on quality to ensure zero errors and adherence to brand standards. Additionally, this person should understand the business story being told and proactively enhance it with effective layouts. The successful candidate will be self-directed, proactive individual who is able to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization and is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Essential Functions

Presentation success - 70%

  • Creates, designs, and edits PowerPoint sales presentations

  • Acts as a champion of brand standards

  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned

  • Discovers and leads process improvement initiatives

Content management - 20%

  • Digests pertinent company initiatives, solutions, and processes and translates them into compelling visual, storytelling aids

  • Owns and project manages support for supporting content management

  • Partners with cross functional marketing team to develop flow and outline for sales content

  • Discovers and leads process improvement initiatives

Digital engagement - 10%

  • Supports digital engagement strategies

  • Identifies and applies new approaches as it pertains to digital engagement, to include research of new to market and existing tools, elevating design work and presentation engagement

  • Discovers and leads process improvement initiatives

Scope of Job

Design and creation of PowerPoint slides, using set templates from creative services for pitch presentations; rich in detail, animation, and other high-level design elements

  • Partner with cross functional marketing team to develop a flow and outline for pitches

  • Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines and select colors, images, text style, and layout as it relates to the brand and presentation

  • Build and implement new approaches and apply to design work

  • Manage and execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines

  • Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate in any given project or team to which assigned

  • Develop digital content and strategies

Minimum Qualifications

Formal Education and/or Training:

Bachelor’s Degree; Fine arts for graphic artist a plus

Years of Experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant, presentation development experience

Computer or Other Skills:

  • MS Office required with expert skills in PowerPoint

  • Highspot proficiency

  • MS SharePoint

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • A portfolio that shows off excellent presentation work

  • Expert skills in PowerPoint

  • Digital marketing experience

  • Knowledge of and experience with digital content management tools

  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment

  • Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presence

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Copy editing/writing experience are a plus

  • Health insurance industry experience a plus
