As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring our production lines run like clockwork. You'll wear many hats, from diagnosing electrical gremlins to rebuilding mechanical components. Every day brings a new challenge, and you'll love the satisfaction of conquering them.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Become an equipment whisperer: Organize and perform maintenance on all production and facility equipment, focusing on uptime and resolving quality and production issues. Think electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting – you'll be the master of it all.

  • Speak the language of machines: Read and interpret machine electrical and mechanical drawings like second nature.

  • Become an electrical whiz: Use electrical test equipment to diagnose and fix problems like a pro.

  • Channel your inner MacGyver: Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components, keeping things running like new.

  • Think big, build bigger: Install, modify, and fabricate equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.

Do you have what it takes? We're looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma and 2+ years of experience repairing and troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3-phase motors, variable speed drives and controls, and heavy industrial wiring.

  • Extensive industrial electrical experience – this is non-negotiable!

Responsibilities

  • Organize, and facilitate maintenance on all production and facility equipment with emphasis on equipment uptime and to resolve quality and production related issues in the spirit of continuous improvement, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting.

  • Read and interpret machine electrical and mechanical drawings.

  • Troubleshoot programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

  • Use electrical test equipment as needed for repair and troubleshooting.

  • Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.

  • Installation, modification and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • wearing steel toe shoes

  • working in a non-temperature controlled environment
