  1. Description : The Litigation Clerk assists the team with the day-to-day flow of data and works within a team environment to promote uninterrupted workflow in service. Areas of focus could be in any practice group.

Essential Functions: *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. *

  1. Indexes incoming physical and electronic mail, scans, electronically files and circulates index and hard copies
  2. Reviews the daily docket, downloads, saves and circulates court documents, and uploads documents to necessary client databases
  3. Initiates conflict checks in connection with file opening
  4. Enters new complaints into firm database, fax records requests, and assists with data entry and creation of client information
  5. Calendars due dates and communicates to attorneys and paralegals
  6. Gathers documents in preparation for depositions
