Minimum Qualifications:

Basic Job Functions:

  1. You will be responsible for following our safety procedures to ensure the process is safe for yourself and those working around the machine.

  2. This is a production oriented position that requires attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

  3. Follow the company safety procedures while using proper personal protective equipment, machinery and tools.

  4. Weighing material on floor scale with a forklift. Listening to the machine run in order to troubleshoot issues.

  5. Recognize employee strengths and weaknesses and positioning them accordingly proactively in regards to operations.

  6. Identify and correct inventory discrepancies.

  7. Maintain equipment and scheduling Performing preventative maintenance.

  8. Cleaning the inside, outside and areas around the machine.

  9. Communicating with the team to ensure positive morale.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an Industrial/Outdoor work.

  2. Environment Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in a Team Environment.

  3. Experience operating a skid steer, fork lift, front-end loader, etc.

  4. Good verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with team members and others.
