Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our digital product. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience.

How you'll help us innovate to build a better world

  1. Design and develop user interfaces for our digital product, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design concepts. 3. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions. 4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. 5. Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across the product. 6. "Identify problem areas and lead initiatives to increase overall UX maturity across Digital Products". 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design process and deliver innovative solutions. 8. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary design changes. 9. Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, while considering technical constraints and feasibility. 10. Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and assets for promotional materials.

We would love to hear from people with

  1. 7+ years of experience 2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects. 3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software. 4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. 5. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into the design process. 6. Strong knowledge of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and iconography. 7. Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design. 8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and solutions. 9. Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
