EDWARD JONES Construction Program Coordinator - 93981BR in St. Louis, Missouri

We are seeking a Construction Management professional to join the Branch Real Estate (BRE) team. In this role, you would participate in guidance, setting targets, and oversee select projects for all areas of Branch Real Estate construction (primarily tenant finish out of office and retail spaces). The Construction Program Coordinator will work with leaders in BRE to help define division-wide and department goals, as well as overseeing and collaborating on major projects both within the department and across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to documenting, communicating, and driving the vision, strategy, performance, and results of all aspects of Branch Construction
  • Working with leaders in BRE to help define division-wide and department goals, as well as overseeing and collaborating on major projects both within the department and across the firm
  • Prepare, summarize, and present reports and analyses
  • Identify trends and present recommendations to senior leadership within BRE and/or across the firm in order to influence decision making
  • Ability to research technical topics to determine, recommend, and implement the appropriate action to be taken
  • Proactively work to impact current and future business results and decisions
  • Ensure appropriate internal controls are implemented, documented, and followed
  • Build, maintain, and leverage relationships to gather critical information and influence key decisions
  • Support BRE Leaders as they establish strategic partnerships with key leaders in the field in support of their real estate needs. This involves communication and coordination both within and outside the organization. Ensure that Construction Management efforts will allow them to reach their goals
  • Assist with the creation of tools and information to communicate accurate decisioning variables, with internal and external resources

What You Will Need:

  • 5 years experience in national retail multi-site construction
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to identify problems, recommend and participate in executing solutions
  • An understanding of current and future financial and technical climates in the industry, and ability to assess the potential impact to current processes, controls, systems and the firm's growth objectives
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in data storytelling and document preparation
  • Project/program management experience, specifically a background in Retail Construction Project Development either through Architecture or Construction

What Could Set You Apart:

  • 8 years experience in national retail multi-site construction
  • Bachelor's degree inin Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced degree or certification preferred.

Please note:Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
