Equifax, Inc. ACA Product Success Manager - J00158051 in St. Louis, Missouri

The ACA Product Success Manager is responsible for optimizing the customer experience lifecycle, handling post-sales implementation program management, and collaborating with the customer to ensure they are realizing expected value from Equifax ACA solutions, as well as driving adoption and retention.

This is a hybrid role based out of St. Louis, Missouri.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively drive adoption, usage, net retention, and renewals by optimizing customer experience
  • Act as the connecting thread for internal teams with the customer across the customer journey
  • Drive customer advocacy in resolving customer issues from acquisition through adoption, use, and value realization
  • Serve as a trusted adviser and advocate for clients by monitoring and maintaining customer health and creating customer success plans with each client
  • Partner with Account Executive(s) in preparing and conducting quarterly business reviews
  • Utilize voice of the customer to inform product roadmaps

What Experience You'll Need

  • At least 5 years of sales experience through management consulting, customer success, account management, business development, or another client-facing role
  • At least 5 years of experience promoting value through the customer experience using knowledge of customer success processes
  • At least 3 years of experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • At least 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams
