Description

We’re looking for a Proposals Coordinator with strong proposals experience to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a skilled team of engineers and other proposals staff to produce high quality proposals / fee estimates, and other business development materials, in a timely and efficient manner.

The core duties and responsibilities include preparation of fee proposals and associated documents to support our business development.

Day to day tasks may involve:

  • Coordinate & develop capability and opportunity (proposal) documents.

  • Coordinate the proposal and fee estimate process, assigning tasks/timelines etc.

  • Build strong relationships with campaign and business development managers and other key staff, working together to build the Stantec business.

  • Create, develop and maintain materials and supporting information.

  • Maintain appropriate network within the company to facilitate identification and sharing of relevant information, best practices.

  • Lead, promote and contribute to a sense of community fun and team spirit with the team.

  • Ad hoc tasks as directed by the Business Leader and Project Manager

To be successful for this role you'll need to:

  • Tertiary qualification in similar sector or an equivalent combination of education & related experience.

  • Ideally have experience in an engineering consultancy, construction, Defence or design sector background

  • Be accountable and drive quality by updating system and adhering to Stantec’s style guide

  • Manage own workflow/outputs, within business priorities.

  • Always looking to be adding value to a specific opportunity, business centre operation.

  • Have strong MS Office Skills, proficient in Excel.

  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and good attention to detail.
