POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
assisting the HOD in the daily running of the Fitness Studio;
managing the reception area;
greeting clients and customers and handling enquiries in person or by phone
managing phone calls, post and emails
bookkeeping and record keeping of guests visits, active membership as well as data entry into the Westin Workout system.
maintenance and organisation of records
supervising and leading other associates
The ideal candidate should meeting the following requirements:
being versatile, adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment.
having good organizational skills as well as good problem solving skills
is willing to work weekends and public holidays, and covering early opening shifts and closing shifts
