POSITION SUMMARY

This position’s main function is to assist the Service Express Manager and Assistant Manager in the overall operation of the Service Express Department, whilst ensuring that all incoming calls and requests within the Call Centre and Room Service are attended to in a way that exceeds guests’ expectations and in accordance to Westin Brand Standards.

Other responsibilities include the smooth running of the Business Centre, supervision of the Doormen and Reef Gate during the summer months.

In performing this role, the successful applicant should ideally meet the following requirements:

 In possession of a Diploma in Hospitality/Accommodation Operation/Restaurants & Bars Operation or equivalent

 A minimum of 1 year work experience within the Hospitality Industry

 Good communication skills including fluency in English and in other languages

 Supervisory skills

 Proficiency in the use of computer and preferably knowledge of Opera
