Schedule:
Full Time: 6:00am -- 2:30pm, Monday -- Friday and overtime as schedule requires.
* *
*Position Summary: *
Assembly of small sub-assemblies and some minor instruments. Working with little to no supervision and ability to help train other builders.
* *
*Position Responsibilities: *
- Assemble sub-assembly for customer and final instrument assembly
- Assemble minor instruments
- Minor rework of sheet metal
- Minor paint touchup
- Set up work orders
- Reject non-conforming parts and stop process when parts or process is out of control
- Assist Group Leader and Trainer as needed with training
- Excellent hand dexterity with good assembly skills and knowledge of mechanical assembly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Experience with soldering and good assembly skills
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly
- Basic Quality Skills, department training which includes crimping training

*Position Requirements: *
- Good working knowledge of Print Room and Solid Works
- Good working knowledge of ORACLE for department work order moves and able to teach others if needed

- High School Diploma or equivalent
