Schedule:

Full Time: 6:00am -- 2:30pm, Monday -- Friday and overtime as schedule requires.

*Position Summary: *

Assembly of small sub-assemblies and some minor instruments. Working with little to no supervision and ability to help train other builders.

* *

*Position Responsibilities: *

  • Assemble sub-assembly for customer and final instrument assembly
  • Assemble minor instruments
  • Minor rework of sheet metal
  • Minor paint touchup
  • Set up work orders
  • Reject non-conforming parts and stop process when parts or process is out of control
  • Assist Group Leader and Trainer as needed with training
  • Excellent hand dexterity with good assembly skills and knowledge of mechanical assembly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Experience with soldering and good assembly skills
  • Knowledge of mechanical assembly
  • Basic Quality Skills, department training which includes crimping training

*Position Requirements: *

  • Good working knowledge of Print Room and Solid Works
  • Good working knowledge of ORACLE for department work order moves and able to teach others if needed

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
