The role

Responsible for leading production planning, systems, and distribution network to drive cost savings and support sales growth in the region. As a Senior Management Team member, analyze and prioritize critical business challenges and related Supply Chain implications.

How youll make an impact

Develop annual budgets for, focusing on personnel and inventory levels

Coordinate production schedules, optimizing production performance while meeting customer needs.

Collaborate with site leaders, sales, and peers to determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed for production.

Provide guidance and tools for Production Planners to develop schedules based on customer demand.

Implement company policies on production scheduling to ensure compliance with global standards.

Partner with Operations and Finance to set annual inventory levels and adjust production plans.

What do you bring

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years experience in production planning leadership.

Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.

Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, ideally SAP.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
