KBR Technical Project Manager in St. Inigoes, Maryland

Title:

Technical Project Manager

KBR is proactively seeking a Technical Project Manager to manage site surveys and the planning, scheduling, and execution of installation efforts for the C ounter- U nmanned A erial S ystem (C-UAS) program in St. Inigoes, MD/Webster Field.

This is a full-time on-site position. This position may require travel.

In This Role, You Will…

  • M anage the day-to-day site survey and installation of new ) systems.

  • R esponsible for all project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and executing installation and sustainment efforts.

  • Provide Project Management oversight for US shore installations and maintenance events at CONUS and OCONUS sites.

  • Provide communications, coordination, expertise, and task reporting before, during, and after site installations and maintenance events .

  • Oversee the packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T) of systems.

  • Track and report on progress, communicate with top Navy leaders at the installation sites, resolve issues, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

  • Prepare and deliver briefings.

  • Responsible for multiple deliverables on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Serves as an interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical issues.

  • May be required to serve as a supervisor to direct report employees.

    BASIC REQUIREMENTS

    Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

    Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen

    Required education & years of experience (+substitution options below)

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree - B.S. or B.A.

  • Experience: 4 (+) years of experience of relevant experience.

    OR

  • Education: Associate Degree

  • Experience: 8 (+) years of experience of relevant experience.

    OR

  • Experience: High School Diploma

  • Education: 12 (+) years of experience of relevant experience.

    HIGHLY DESIRED

  • Military shore installation experience and/or unmanned aircraft system experience is a plus.

  • Experience organically growing a line of business is a plus.
