The CTC Engineering Division specializes in transforming cutting-edge technologies into real-world solutions. We harness the power of 3D printing, advanced joining techniques like friction stir welding, and cutting-edge design tools to tackle complex challenges for a diverse set of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, test, support, and maintain network infrastructure

• Research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial industrial, military, or scientific use.

• Schedule and perform maintenance including upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning of production networks

• Interact with systems administrators and other IT operations and support staff for projects and timely troubleshooting of problems and incidents

• Recommend network and cybersecurity solutions to group leadership for approval and deployment

• Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture and operational procedures

• Monitor infrastructure and network applications for uptime and resource utilization, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement changes to improve performance

• Improve network system operational efficiency through automation

• Coordinate technical support with vendors and/or consultants to resolve application and hardware issues

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline with at least 10 years of related experience or a Master of Science degree with at least 8 years of experience.

• Experience deploying, configuring, monitoring and managing Cisco routers & switches, Identify Services Engine (ISE), Call Manager, in a hybrid Azure/Office 365 cloud environment.

• Experience with LAN and WAN design and implementation

• Strong knowledge of Internet network protocols (DNS, DHCP, SSH, TCP/UDP, VOIP, BGP)

• Strong understanding of computer security and associated threats

• Experience with network baseline development and deployment

• Experience working with cloud-based network infrastructures (AWS & Azure)

• Excellent hands-on experience with and knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration
