The CTC Engineering Division specializes in transforming cutting-edge technologies into real-world solutions. We harness the power of 3D printing, advanced joining techniques like friction stir welding, and cutting-edge design tools to tackle complex challenges for a diverse set of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.

• Provides support and collaboration in establishing business development strategies and ensuring that strategic business development objectives are communicated, understood, and executed.

• Responsible for maximizing future business of assigned existing Project(s) and leveraging Company offerings.

• Responsible for the retention of existing clients to expand current business base.

• Works to ensure that assigned Project(s) meets government requirements in the areas of cost control, schedule, quality of services, key personnel management, business relations, quality assurance, subcontract management, and other areas which results in purple rated (i.e. “very good”) Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs).

• Responsible for winning re-competes and securing new follow-on work for projects not renewed.

• Plans and coordinates business generation activities such as responses to client request for proposals (RFPs) and inquiries, continuous and assertive client follow up, and rapid problem resolution.

• Responsible for the development, preservation and advocacy of Company culture, values and reputation in assigned Project(s).

• Develops and executes negotiation strategies and positions based on integration of opportunities with Company goals, objectives and operations and the assessment of associated risks.

• Responsible for the management of the assigned area of responsibility including control of project costs and scope change implications.

• Responsible for supporting direct labor goals to meet forecasts in alignment with the horizontals and verticals.

• Responsible for reinforcing work ethic, culture, values, and brand within the Company.

• Responsible for developing labor plans; providing input on required skill sets and supporting labor delivery through Program Management excellence.

Basic Qualifications:

• Employees will possess formal education in a Technical or Applied Engineering & IT field of study as defined in the Company's Compensation Administration Manual (CAM) plus expertise gained through a combination of requisite training and directly related experience, including prior management responsibility in a professional services company or comparable environment.

• BS with 6+ years of directly related experience OR MS with 4+ years of experience OR PhD with 2+ years of experience.
