As the Human Resource Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our HR operations and aligning them with the overall goals of the department. Your key responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Drive Talent Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to understand and execute our talent strategy, focusing on recruiting top talent, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead Recruitment & Hiring: Oversee the entire hiring process, from attracting and interviewing candidates to selecting the right people for key roles, particularly for managerial and professional positions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring our policies and practices meet legal standards and best practices.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance to managers on complex issues, such as terminations, investigations, and reasonable accommodations, while handling sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Optimize Compensation & Benefits: Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to recommend competitive programs that help us attract and retain top talent.
  • Support Leadership: Partner with leadership team to offer strategic HR guidance that supports current and future talent needs, fostering a high-performing workforce.
  • Handle Disciplinary Actions: Lead employee disciplinary meetings and investigations, ensuring that procedures are fair and compliant with organizational policies.
