Cooke Aquaculture Production Supervisor in St. George, New Brunswick

The Role

As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Production Supervisor to our team of professionals. This is a Monday to Friday day shift position. Reporting to the Director of Processing, the successful candidate will:

  • Provide coaching, guidance, leadership and direction to the operational/production staff.

  • Be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met

  • Have excellent people management and communication skills to build effective staff and organizational relationships

  • Possess a high attention to detail and quality, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to meet cost and schedule requirements

    The ideal candidate will have experience in a deadline driven, fast paced environment and should possess a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience completed by above average computer skills. Experience and/or training in production will be considered asset.
