Coborn's, Incorporated System Administrator-Warehouse in St. Cloud, Minnesota

Coborn's, Inc. also owns and operates liquor stores under the Coborn's Liquor, Cash Wise Liquor, Andy's Liquor and Captain Jack's brands. Additionally, our fuel and convenience division, pharmacy, in-house grocery warehouse and distribution center, in-house Central Bakery, in-house Fresh Foods Commissary, and Tops Cleaners are significant assets to our operations. We also have a handful of other retail entities in the markets where the fit is right: Little Dukes, Ace Hardware, Country Floral Gifts & Greenhouse, Caribou Coffee, Dunn Bros Coffee, and Erbert and Gerbert's. Overview The primary focus of this position is to maintain and support the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and processes. This position will serve as a WMS point-of-contact and will provide day-to-day operational and technical support. They will be responsible for maintaining the current system functionality and troubleshooting system errors. The System Administrator will assist in the coordination and monitoring of data between the warehouse management system and other integrated systems, including the integrity of data within each system. All duties to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular, prompt attendance and availability to work outside of standard business hours as needed: * Serve as the Warehouse Management System superuser and designated day-to-day operational point of contact for system administration and maintenance. Accurately administer and manage all aspects of data in the system. Will ensure all data is accurately processed and maintained. Will troubleshoot issues, update data in the systems and/or provide recommended solutions. Ensure prompt responses and resolution to reported issues; collaborate with cross-functional team members when needed and ensure timely resolution. Escalate complex, unusual problems and issues as appropriate. * Responsible for assessing and evaluating the Warehouse Management system workflow through hands on interaction on the Warehouse floor. Participate in the daily work flow to ensure the processes and data are correct, along with ensuring hardware and devices are operating correctly. * Responsible for using WMS reporting tools to ensure the system is functioning correctly. Develop and create schedule for standard reports for ongoing business needs. Maintain data integrity in systems by running various reports and audits, analyzing and correcting the data as needed. * Will monitor system upgrades, assess impacts of change and proactively collaborate with business areas to ensure new functionality is tested and installed timely. Create, maintain and train on WMS system processes and procedures. Continually review and assess system processes looking for efficiencies, make recommendations for improvements and lead decision to change through implementation. Education/Experience/Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred; or a minimum of 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to thoroughly and purposefully document and maintain processes and information. Ability to multitask and see responsibilities through to completion under strict deadlines. Maintain accurate files and record keeping systems. High Integrity - the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. SKILLS, CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURES Computer Skills Advanced computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Excel, Intermediate skills with Word and other Microsoft Office Suite applications. Working knowledge of HCM systems and software. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations None required.
