Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic-minded Senior Financial Analyst to join a well-regarded, high-growth company. The Senior Financial Analyst will work to assist in strategic decision-making by building and executing financial models.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Collect and analyze financial data for optimal decision-making.

  • Utilize finance and accounting principles to evaluate current financial operations and project future revenues and expenses.

  • Develop strong strategic partnerships with various management teams.

  • Verify the accuracy of data used for decision-making.

  • Consultant to management on financial policies, procedures, and applications.

  • Understand and explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending

  • Lead financial review meetings.

  • Assist in general accounting tasks as needed.

  • Partner with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process

  • Adherence to confidentiality and being proactive towards maintaining it.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience finance.

  • Excellent computer skills for building and maintaining spreadsheets and databases.

  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Exceptional analytical skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication skills.
