Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $21 - $22 / hour.

What you'll be doing as a MIG Welder:

  • Ensure compliance with welding procedures, company policy, safety standards & quality standards

  • Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations

  • Fit and join/tack and fabricate steel and aluminum material by applying appropriate welding techniques in accordance with product specifications and production schedules

  • Inspect and correct welds as necessary to meet product specifications

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience as a MIG welder working with aluminum and steel

  • Read, understand, and follow job order specifications, engineering drawings, and/or work orders

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • Fabrication skills would be an asset

  • Ability to understand welding symbols and diagrams, read blueprints, and/or other printed instructional material in the welding of products or parts

  • Strong English language comprehension

  • Own personal transportation required

  • CSA green tab steel toe boots required

  • Experienced Mig Welder
